My name is Iván Torrecuadrada and although I was born in Madrid, in 2015 I decided to come to live in Jávea to fulfil my dream: to live and work on the shores of the Mediterranean.

Since then, I have been helping people to buy and sell their properties. I have been trained in different areas of public relations, marketing,  sales and, of course, in the real estate sector.

In my first years in Jávea, I worked for other agencies where I finished perfecting my knowledge and acquired the necessary experience to be able to go my own way, being able to offer the best service to my clients.

During those years, I realised that, although there were many real estate agencies in Jávea, they all focused more on their own profit than on offering a personal and trustworthy service to their clients.

Therefore, I knew right away, that there was a niche for me in the market.
